FAQs
Why do you only perform heritage analysis?
Wet chemistry and reference methods are what all modern testing equipment is trying to mimic- we believe you can have it done fast or have it done right. We prefer right; it takes more time but we can consult more comfortably if we know the number is right. Most turnarounds are within 24 hours, although some numbers are produced per project goals and is built-in with those timelines in mind.
Do you run vineyard analysis?
Yes! We have vineyard clients drop off grape samples and process per client needs- you can expect results within 24 hours during harvest but typically we are in contact with you as needed- if you need something more immediate let us know and we can expedite. We are also a very good 3rd-party for objective results for grape contracts and winery clients.
Are you TTB-certified?
Yes! We are TTB certified for export analysis- contact us for our analytical scope. Especially important for 3rd party analysis- we’ve consulted for insurance reports as well.
What other beverages do you support?
We have experience in analyzing and consulting on non-alcoholic, kombucha, vinegar, juice, wine, beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, pretty much anything liquid that consumers pay for. If it’s something new we’d love to help and learn with you, we’ll at least be able to point you in the right direction.
